PRE-PLANNING/IMMEDIATELY AFTER LOSS
- Liaison Services: Act as an intermediary for the family with the funeral home, florist, and other vendors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

- Errand Running: Handle errands such as returning medical equipment, grocery shopping, and meal delivery. .

- Notary Services: Offer notary services for legal documents and paperwork. (Hampton Roads area of Virginia - Chesapeake, Norfolk, Virginia Beach)
AFTER THE FUNERAL
- Estate Project Management: Provide logistical and administrative services for executors or administrators. This includes canceling services, notifying organizations, and submitting necessary documentation.
- Home Clearing: Coordinate and oversee the clearing out of the home, organizing items for dispersal to family, donations, or estate sales.
- Personal Property Inventory: Perform a detailed inventory of personal property to assist in estate planning and distribution.
- Home Checks: For homes located in our service area, we will monitor the vacant property, ensuring it is secure and helping prepare it for sale.
- Technology Assistance: Assist with securing online presence, accessing phones and laptops, and memorializing social media accounts.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage communication with third-party vendors to streamline processes and ensure all tasks are handled efficiently.
