Our services complement the work of legal professionals, helping to manage the practical and logistical tasks while they focus on legal matters. This collaborative approach ensures that every detail is handled with care, providing you with comprehensive support during a challenging time.

IMMEDIATELY AFTER LOSS

- Companion Services: Provide support and assistance by accompanying you to appointments as needed.
- Professional Referrals: Connect you with trusted advisors and professionals for specialized legal, financial, and real estate support.
- Notary Services: Provide mobile notary services for important legal documents and estate paperwork. (Available in Hampton Roads: Chesapeake, Norfolk, Virginia Beach)
AFTER THE FUNERAL
Once the service is over, the next phase of responsibilities begins. We provide hands-on assistance with estate and home-related tasks, ensuring everything is managed efficiently.
- Estate Project Management: Assist executors and administrators with logistics, from canceling services and notifying organizations to managing administrative documentation. We work alongside your attorney to ensure a seamless process.
- Clearing Out the Home: Provide compassionate assistance in clearing out the home, helping with family distribution, donations, estate sales, or disposal—coordinating every step of the process.
- Estate Asset Inventory: Create a detailed inventory of personal property to support probate, estate distribution, and legal documentation, ensuring an organized and transparent process for executors and attorneys.
- Home Watch: Keep an eye on vacant properties, checking for leaks, appliance malfunctions, or maintenance needs, ensuring the home remains in good condition for sale or transition.
- Technology Assistance: Provide guidance on managing digital accounts, including steps to access personal devices, update security settings, and memorialize or deactivate social media profiles as needed.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage communication with third-party service providers, ensuring tasks like home maintenance, real estate prep, and cleanouts are handled efficiently.
