Whether it’s moving from a long-time home, transitioning to senior living, or simply creating a safer, more manageable space, I provide the guidance support to make the process simpler and less stressful for everyone involved. 


As a Certified Relocation & Transition Specialist™ and Senior Move Manager®, I bring proven systems and trusted resources to help you navigate every step with clarity and confidence.   

 

The first step is a Downsizing Roadmap Session — a focused strategy service where we review your unique situation, outline what needs to happen, and in what order, and identify the support and resources you’ll need to move forward.


The service includes a 60-minute consultation, a personalized roadmap summary tailored to your situation, and a 30-minute follow-up phone or Zoom session to review the plan and discuss next steps. 


You’ll also receive the Organized Legacy Move Planning Toolkit (PDF—a $27 value) —  packed with checklists, planning tools, and tracking forms to keep everything organized from start to finish. 


Need more support? Concierge coordination is available on a limited basis after your Roadmap Session. 


Virtual support is available anywhere. In-person support is available in the Chesapeake–Norfolk–Virginia Beach area of Virginia.

Hands-On Decluttering Sessions

Sorting through a lifetime of belongings is physically and emotionally taxing. I provide side-by-side support to help you make confident decisions about what to keep, donate, or let go. These in-person sessions are designed to create a home that is safer, more peaceful, and easier to manage.


This kind of decluttering is a gift to your family. 

By handling these decisions now, you ensure that your loved ones won't have to face an overwhelming house or make stressful choices on their own down the road. It’s not about getting rid of everything—it’s about keeping what matters most.


Investment: $350 per 4-hour session In-person sessions are available in the Chesapeake–Norfolk–Virginia Beach area.
