Our Story

At Organized Legacy™, the mission is simple: to guide you through life’s transitions—helping you organize, plan, and preserve what matters most. Inspired by the hibiscus flower in our logo, which symbolizes my grandparents’ legacy, this work is rooted in compassion, clarity, and a deep respect for what we leave behind.


Organized Legacy™ builds on the foundation of TimeWise Concierge, a business I started in 2002 to help clients manage the day-to-day tasks and transitions of life. In 2024, I shifted focus to specialize in legacy organizing and after-loss support—work that’s both deeply personal and profoundly needed.


This evolution allows me to provide one-on-one, hands-on support to individuals and families navigating life’s most challenging moments—often in collaboration with trusted professionals who share my values of integrity, care, and respect.

Meet Julie

 Hi, I’m Julie—the founder of Organized Legacy™.


After losing both of my parents, I experienced firsthand how overwhelming it can be to manage the logistics, emotions, and responsibilities that follow a loss. That experience changed everything for me. It became clear how much easier things could have been if more had been organized ahead of time.


That’s why I do this work.


With over two decades of experience in concierge and lifestyle management, professional organizing, and senior support, I bring a calm, practical approach to even the most overwhelming situations. I’ve completed advanced training in after-loss support and end-of-life care, and I continue to deepen my knowledge to better serve the families I work with.


My passion extends beyond my business—I’m also the founder of a local nonprofit that fulfills wish lists for seniors in need, a project close to my heart.


Whether you’re planning ahead or picking up the pieces, I’ll help you move forward with less stress and more peace of mind.
